Jonathan joined Turner Parkinson in 2017 from Slater and Gordon, having previously worked at Pannone and DLA Piper.

Jonathan works with businesses including start-ups and owner-managed firms, SMEs and larger employers. He has particular experience advising companies in the professional and manufacturing industries, and organisations which are subject to regulatory control, such as in the care sector.

Jonathan gives practical, commercially-focussed advice on the full range of employment issues including confidentiality and business protection, redundancy, restructuring and change management, executive severance, and employment tribunal litigation. He also advises on the employment aspects of outsourcing, and business acquisitions and sales, including TUPE. Jonathan has delivered bespoke training to managers and business owners about employment law and best practice.
