Emma joined Turner Parkinson in February 2016, having previously practiced law at Addleshaw Goddard, Pannone and latterly Darbys Solicitors.
Since qualification in 1994 Emma has specialised in contract administration, dispute avoidance and dispute resolution for the construction and engineering sectors. She has extensive experience in contract interpretation including risk identification, legal aspects of contract administration, dispute avoidance and commercial strategy in order to manage and minimise potential problems and in representing clients in the resolution of construction disputes by way of adjudication including any necessary TCC enforcement proceedings, expert determination, arbitration and litigation as well as the utilisation of mediation and the pre-action protocol as alternative forums for dispute resolution.
Emma advises a broad range of construction and engineering clients including employers, developers, contractors, specialist sub-contractors and professionals.
