Manchester based BCN Group has received a significant investment from Beech Tree Private Equity, with Turner Parkinson’s Corporate team advising co-founders Simon Kelf and Matt Smith on the deal.
The investment will be used to speed up the growth of the cloud IT services business both organically and through acquisitions.
David Easdown commented: We’re delighted to have supported the rapid growth of BCN over the last 3 years and advise management on the investment by Beech Tree Private Equity. Simon and Matt have built a unique and exciting business, which we we’re looking forward to watching to continue to develop in the coming years as they execute their buy-and-build strategy.
This deal marks the latest investment deal for TP’s Corporate team having worked on Miss Group’s £6.4m investment from BGF and Foresight Group’s £2.5m investment into ABL Health earlier in the year.
