The Dispute Resolution Team at business law firm Turner Parkinson LLP are celebrating successfully being appointed to the London Universities Purchasing Consortium (LUPC) National Legal Services Framework.
Over the next three years, the team will provide Dispute Resolution services to the LUPC and their associate consortia: North East Universities Purchasing Consortium (NEUPC), North West Universities Purchasing Consortium (NWUPC), Southern Universities Purchasing Consortium (SUPC) and the Higher Education Purchasing Consortium, Wales (HEPCW).
The team, headed by Ian Fitzpatrick who enthused: “We are delighted to be appointed to such a prestigious Legal Services panel. It’s extremely pleasing that our experience and knowledge of the sector has been recognized. We have a team that deliver a first class service and who never lose sight of our primary objective to resolve the issues and disputes our clients are faced with. Two of the senior managers in our team, Mark Bartliff and Paul Jagger have been very instrumental in securing our appointment on this panel. We now look forward to working in partnership with the LUPC, their associate consortia and the individual members.”
