TP completed a total of 26 disclosable deals in the first half of 2016, making them the 21st most active in the UK. Regionally the team ranked 7th in the North West and 10th in Yorkshire.
Individually, Corporate Partner David Easdown was TP’s most outstanding dealmaker with 15 deals to his name, ranking him joint 2nd in the UK. He also ranked 5th in the North West and as the top dealmaker in Yorkshire.
Head of Corporate, James Sheridan spoke further on TP’s rankings. “The latest set of rankings once again shows that TP can compete with the giants of the Corporate world, both regionally and across the UK. For us as an independent player in a market dominated by multi-office franchises it’s great to see both the firm and David again ranked as highly as we are. Whilst we are delighted with the H1 rankings, we will look to continue the hard work and make the remainder of 2016 even more successful.”
Two of TP’s most recent deals featured North Edge’s multi-million-pound investment into East Coast Concepts and the sale of software company Galleria RTS to Finnish company Relex Solutions.
