Turner Parkinson's Corporate team have advised Stockport-based mobile survey app developer SurveyMe in respect of a fundraising seeking to raise £2m. Investment manager Deepbridge Capital is running the fundraising process on behalf of SurveyMe through its Enterprise Investment Scheme proposition.
The SurveyMe app enables organisations to quickly receive and reward bespoke client and staff feedback for business intelligence purposes. The app has been used by over 8,500 users in 124 countries since its release 12 months ago.
The funding will be used to increase the worldwide commercialisation of the business, and enable the business to focus on territories where potential demand for the SurveyMe app is sizeable.
Stephen Hadlow and David Hayes from the Corporate team have been supporting SurveyMe on the fundraising. Stephen commented: ”We are delighted to be supporting SurveyMe with this landmark investment. The fundraising should go a long way to globalising the business and ensuring that it will become a major success, particularly in the US market."
