Manchester business law firm Turner Parkinson has completed another deal in an active calendar year, advising on the sale of leisure technology business Inventive IT.
Inventive IT design and produce application of innovative technology solutions with experience working with airports, travel agencies, hotel retail, tour operating and airlines, such as Manchester Airport Group, Liverpool John Lennon Airport, Jet2 and LateRooms.com.
Commenting on the deal Stephen said “We have worked with John and his team from Inventive’s early beginnings, so it is particularly pleasing to mark that journey with the exit. The current management team will remain operationally central to the business, and, with the support of Advam, Inventive is now primed to continue its impressive growth strategy in the UK and overseas”.
The team have advised a number of businesses within the technology sector and are developing a reputation for advising businesses within the travel sector. Turner Parkinson continue to be a leading firm for the number of deals completed within the North West.

Inventive IT was initially based in Rochdale, but is run from larger premises on Portland Street in Manchester city centre. The company's headcount has grown from 16 to 25 staff in the UK in the past 18 months, with an additional 15 based in the company’s offshore development centre.
