Turner Parkinson Deal Flow Continues

Manchester business law firm Turner Parkinson has continued a fast-paced 2014 with a flurry of deal activity in the last month, having advised on Plan B (equity investment by NWF), Winning Pitch (£2.5m investment) and culminating with advising the shareholders of The fresh Group on their partial exit from the business, with NVM backing a management buy-out of the business.

The team continue to advise growing businesses on their corporate activity, having regularly topped deal tables in the North West over the last three years.

Exiting Chairman of The fresh Group Nick Porter said: “The past 10 years have been an incredible experience and one I will never forget. Porter and outgoing Chief Executive Julie Besbrode will retain an investment in The fresh Group as the MBO team and their existing senior management team continue to drive fresh’s success.
