By having a dedicated function, we ensure that we continue to organically grow our own business whilst at the same time provide a resource to assist our own clients.
In a legal market where others advise their current client base only on responsive legal matters, we are active in visiting new businesses and having commercial conversations to understand further what businesses and owners are experiencing in the medium to long term.
The Business Development function allows us to talk to and interact with our clients in a very commercial value adding way. It’s through this approach we’ve been able to develop two retained products in TP360 and TPSpark that the market has been in search for from both a coverage and price point perspective.
