TP Advise on the Sale of Innovative Tech Companies

Turner Parkinson has advised Russell and Karen Gard on the sale of Nimbus Journey Information and REACT Technology to Danish based R2P Group.

Nimbus Journey Information offers transit solutions for operators around the world, while Glossop based REACT Technology provides leading technology products to assist those with specialist accessibility needs.

The Turner Parkinson team was led by Corporate Partner Stephen Hadlow who worked alongside Solicitor Luke Philpott.
