ACAS Code

The revised ACAS Code confirms recent case law decision that in a disciplinary or grievance meeting the ‘reasonableness’ of the right to request representation applies to the making of the request and not the choice of companion. 

Policies and procedures should be checked to ensure that they are compliant with the revised ACAS Code.
