Doric Group Buys In The Midlands

Doric Group, the Trafford Park headquartered manufacturing business, has become a £40m turnover group with 300 staff after the acquisition of a company in the Midlands.

Food Innovations, which is a supplier of retailer branded food and non-food home baking products based in Coalville, Leicester has been purchased as part of the group's diversification and growth strategy.

Doric Group has its origins in the paper and board converting industry and has expanded to include various food packaging businesses.
